Black Bean Fajita Casserole

This Tex-Mex inspired casserole combines so many great ingredients in one easy dish. If you like it spicy, turn up the heat with your choice of salsa.
Steps
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Thaw vegetables in microwave (for faster cook time).
- Spread rice in bottom of 2-2 ½ qt baking dish. In order, top with chicken, vegetables, salsa, soup and cheese. Top with tortilla chips.
- Bake 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and chips start to brown.
